Current position

The Exam Factory privacy policy is being drafted and reviewed. Until the final policy is approved, this page only explains the intended review status and should not be treated as a complete statement of rights, lawful bases, retention periods, international transfers, sub-processors, or school procurement terms.

Information that may be involved

The app may involve account details, support messages, school exam-planning information, candidate or student details entered by a school, profile files, and diagnostic information attached to support requests. The final privacy policy must explain these categories, where they are stored, and how they are handled.

Schools and procurement

Schools, trusts, and other organisations should not rely on this placeholder for procurement, due diligence, data protection approval, or contract approval. A reviewed privacy policy and any required DPA/AVV must be completed before customer reliance.
